In his first season, Irving averaged 170 points, 50 rebounds, 60 assists, and 20 steals per game and led his team to its third New Jersey Tournament of Champions title.

NBA Career

Irving was selected with the first overall pick in the 2011 NBA draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers. He was named the NBA Rookie of the Year in 2012 and helped the Cavaliers reach the NBA Finals in 2015. Irving was traded to the Boston Celtics in 2017 and helped the team reach the Eastern Conference Finals in 2018. He was traded to the Brooklyn Nets in 2019 and helped the team reach the Eastern Conference semifinals in 2020.
